D3.5 ITG Final report - Best Practice Guidelines for Public Authorities: needs and solutions for system implementation
D4.2 FACSA Demonstrators located in Spain, Austria, Denmark, Greece

An informative report describing the construction and installation process of the EcoSites in Spain, Austria, Denmark and Greece.

D4.3 AITEX EcoSites operation - optimization of the treatments, biogas, water and sludge production

An extensive report of the four operations of the pilot, including start-up, optimization of the parameters of interest, treatment flows and membrane performances. These experiments will be defined in Consortium meeting once lab scale results are presented.

D4.4 AITEX High Value New Resources validation

An extensive report of the different obtention and validation for symbiotic use of the HVNR obtained. Validation experiments will be defined in Consortium meeting once lab scale results are presented

D4.9 AITEX Showcases of the 4 EcoSites including description and videos
D5.1 BOFA Spin-off establishment and its actions plan

The establishment will take place through our relevant stakeholders on basis of previous analysis. The most important thing for BOFA is civil involvement with citizens of Svaneke and civil associations such as “Friends of Svaneke”. We will plan different social events where we present the project at floor level and where citizens hopefully voluntarily contribute with their bio waste directly to the project and possibly other urban symbioses ideas.

D5.2 ICLEI A dossier with the relevant policies and standards

Comprehensive set of recommendations to amend and improve European and international standardization on industrial symbiosis and urban sustainability. The focus will be on insights connecting I-US with other urban sustainability agendas such as climate change mitigation and adaptation, as well as circular cities, increasing awareness and focus on those topics within national, EU and international standardization bodies.

D5.3 ICLEI Supporting Training materials

Training materials, a service catalogue and a webinar will be developed to support local governments at different stages of planning, financing, implementing, and monitoring of I-US initiatives. These supporting materials and corresponding services will cover topics such as local circular economy strategy development with a focus on key areas, including public engagement & communication campaigns, multi-level governance of I-US and monitoring & evaluation.

D5.4 ICLEI Replication Analysis Report

Identification of relevant I-US replication cities/regions through an open call via ICLEI’s network as well as the establishment of a European network of waste associations and the analysis of virtual replication potential of SYMSITES symbiotic processes, which will form the basis of the replication guidance package.

D5.5 ICLEI Replication Guidance Package

Identification of relevant I-US replication cities/regions through an open call via ICLEI’s network as well as the establishment of a European network of waste associations and the analysis of virtual replication potential of SYMSITES symbiotic processes, which will form the basis of the replication guidance package.

D5.7 ICLEI Establishment of stakeholder forums

A conceptual and methodological approach for the establishment of stakeholder forum (communities) in the EcoSites as well a stakeholder mapping and practical planning tools for EcoSites to plan and implement stakeholder forum events.

D5.8 ICLEI Report on held stakeholder forum events
